Jacqueline C. Jones, (affectionately referred to as Pastor Jackie) is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.
In 1982, Pastor Jackie relocated to Houston, TX. On July 26, 1986, she purposed in her heart to become an adherent follower of Jesus Christ, without compromising her life of integrity.
From 1986 to 1988, she was committed to serving the Lord under the Leadership of the late John Osteen of Lakewood Church. In March 1988, she served under the Leadership of then Bishop L.D. and First Lady Dorothy Leonard. There, she experienced a hands-on opportunity in the Bread of Life Outreach Ministry, sharing both natural and spiritual substances to the indigent on the streets of Houston and served in the Women of Excellence –Minister’s Wives Ministry.
Pastor Jackie has had the opportunity to work directly in full-time ministry from 1998 to 2005 from the capacity of Administration to ministering the untainted Word of God. God has called upon her to speak at Women’s Conferences; sharing the awesomeness of her God, that others may come to know Him.
It is her profound belief that God is most concerned with the fulfillment of man’s purpose in life (even in the midst of excruciating pain & setbacks) than He is with secular comforts and desires. Because God is the Author of every chapter of our lives, nothing can emerge without His approval.
In 2007, God unfolded the eternal chapter for her life; which evolved into the birthing of the Tabernacle of Purpose Ministries. The manifestation of that chapter was unveiled at the Inaugural Service on January 21, 2007. Pastor Jackie gives God the Glory for the Victory in her story!
Pastor Jackie has one daughter, Erin Courtney Jones whom she is very pleased and proud to proclaim as an inheritance!
